IPDSC European Cup Standard - IPDSC Open Latin



Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are pleased in accordance with the IPDSC Competition Rules to invite couples from your nation to take part in IPDSC European Cup Standard on October 26, 2008 and IPDSC Open Latin on October 25, 2008.

Expenses. Couples cover all their expenses on their own. Entry fee will be 960 rubles (equivalent to USD 40, 25 Euro) per couple. No reimbursement will be paid by the Organizer. Prize money for finalists will be paid.

Venue. These events will be organized by the Executive Board of DanceSport Federation of Russia in cooperation with DanceSport Federation Professional, and will take place at the "LUZHNIKI" Olympic Sport Palace in Moscow. The first round of IPDSC European Cup Standard will start at 18.25 on October 26. The first round of IPDSC Open Latin will start at 17.40. This time is subject to change.

Hotel reservation for couples and accompanying persons should be done until October 10, 2008 to the DSFR Official Travel Agent "Academservice". In case of later reservation the Organizer does not guarantee the same room rate & the same hotel.

Travel Agent "Academservice" provides adjudicators, competitors and accompanying persons with TOURIST VOUCHER to be presented to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country in order to get Russian Entry Visa. For Visa confirmation each coming person must send a scanned copy of passport, name of the suitable town in your country with Russian consulate to get VISA and address of occupation office until October 10, 2008 to the following e-mail: roc@acase.ru and copy to melnikovdance@mail.ru. All visa expenses in Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country must be paid by competitors and accompanying persons respectively.

The Organizer provides competitors with transportation free of charge from Airport or Railway station to hotel and back, as well as hotel - competition venue - hotel.
