At the end of 2006, the World Dance Council (WDC) asked for an urgent Court Order in the Spanish Courts to stop the IPDSC World Professional Championships in Madrid ....
But the Spanish Judge also decided that the old General Agreement between IDSF and WDC had been cancelled by the WDC's own consent in 2003, and could not be enforced by WDC.
